Express Delegate is a professional dictation manager that was designed to ease the simultaneous control of multiple dictation files. Dictations are directed to typing pools which correct the workflow. This is possible through the web control panel to which Express Delegate is connected.
Express Delegate gives users the possibility to connect to different typing pools, which represent groups of typists familiar with various types of specialized language from different domains. You can assign your dictation to one of the existing typing pools, or you can create your own one and become an administrator. It is, nevertheless, advisable to disable your Administrator Account in order to avoid inappropriate exploitation. Dictations may also be prioritized according to the uploaders of each dictation (speaker), and the transcripts will become available as soon as the dictation has been handled by the typists.
There are three types of users under which one can access Express Delegate tools: Managers who administer users, typing pools and rules, speakers who upload dictations and download their transcriptions, and Typists who download dictations and upload transcriptions.
